He was prompt, super friendly, super professional and after I’d had an extremely stressful couple of days, he was exactly the person I needed to calm me down. The driver who met us at the airport, our chauffeur, was equally friendly and professional. He realised I was waiting at the wrong baggage carousel, quickly located our luggage and quickly guided my husband who is visually impaired, to the vehicle. He took us directly to the right door for boarding our ship, and if it hadn’t been for the perfect service (and perfectly presented and clean vehicle), the start to our first cruise wouldn’t have been so simple. Unlike the airline - cancelled flight about 30 hours before takeoff plus an industrial disruption affecting other flights. All in all, the easiest thing we had to do in that last day before travel was book our transfer with VIP Charter in Perth. 10/5”

“our chauffeur and his team were so easy to work with. After dealing with a different company for a limo for myself (bride), and having no end of issues, we were looking for a different company to transport the groom and groomsmen. One company we contacted seemed really good, but had major communication issues, with two people emailing me about the same enquiry and only because I raised concerns did they figure out that what we were quoted was already booked out and had been for over 3 weeks. So it was late at night when I got in contact with our chauffeur, expecting a response within 3 days at best like most companies were doing. He responded to me within an hour or two at nighttime! He chatted to us about what we were after and how we wanted pit stops along the way. Nothing was too difficult and he was just amazing to talk to. I'm unsure of the driver for the boys on the way to the wedding, but I know everything ran like clockwork, was professional and amazing to work with coordinating with photographers and such. our chauffeur picked us up for the return trip and was early, didn't mind that we ran late, he had told us previously he had anticipated it, and that it wasn't a problem, offered us water and congratulated us and it was one of the smoothest car rides of my life. He made sure we didn't leave anything behind before we left the venue and when we got out of the car and helped us out, could not ask for a more genuine person with amazing people skills and excellent customer service and interaction. We will be using him and his team for anything we need in the future :)”
